Tiffany is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a Naturotherapist with the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and works with couples and individuals aged 12+.

Tiffany believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. She takes a warm, humanistic, person-centred approach that recognizes there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their inner experiences, honour their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their values. With post-graduate training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level One), Tiffany uses an integrative approach to draw from a variety of evidence-based practices.

Tiffany supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship conflict, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating a difficult chapter, working through patterns that no longer serve you, strengthening relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, Tiffany would be honoured to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.
